2. Unsolicited Demo Submissions Terminal City Audio accepts demo submissions via designated channels (e.g., private streaming links). By submitting your music, you acknowledge that Terminal City Audio and its artists are actively developing and releasing new music. You agree that your submission does not create any confidential or fiduciary relationship. Terminal City Audio will not be held liable for any similarities between your submitted demo and any future tracks released by the label.
3. Digital Downloads & Merchandise If you purchase digital audio files or physical merchandise directly through this website, all sales of digital downloads are final. We do not offer refunds on digital goods once the download link has been provided. Terminal City Audio reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized use, system errors, or pricing inaccuracies.
